How much caffeine is in Refine Clarity?
175 mg per 10 g serving, from guarana, plus 100 mg of theobromine. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
How do I take it?
Mix 1 serving (10 g) with 250-350 ml of cold water and drink it 20-30 minutes before exercise.
How many servings are in a tub?
30 servings per 300 g tub.
Who should not use it?
It is not recommended for children, or pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you have a medical condition, take medication, or are sensitive to caffeine, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before use.
Does it contain allergens?
It may contain milk, soy, gluten (wheat), eggs, peanuts, nuts and sulphites. Check the label on your tub before use.
